"I did get my refund in the end..."
I did get my refund in the end, but it were slower than I expected. I had to follow up with them twice before it finally got sorted.

"Wish the packaging had been a little sturdier"
The item arrived fine, thankfully, but the box was a bit dented when it showed up. I kind of wish they had packed it better, because it made me a little nervous opening it. No real damage this time, but I’d definitely hope for more secure packaging next time.

"Got the wrong item in my order"
I ordered two items and one of them showed up wrong, which was frustrating. Customer support did get it sorted out eventually, but the whole thing was still annoying. What bugged me most was the canned apology stuff, like they were just copying and pasting the same “sorry for the inconvenience” message instead of actually acknowledging what happened

The order did arrive on time, so that was fine. But the fabric and color just didn’t really match the photos. I was expecting it to look nicer, actually, it just looks a bit cheaper in person than I thought it would

"Prices felt a little steep"
I was kind of browsing houseofkhalsa.com in a hurry and did like a few things I saw, but the prices felt a bit high to me. I’d seen similar items on other sites for less, even with shipping added in. The quality might be good, but for my budget it just didn’t feel totally worth it. I’d probably only order if there was a sale going on

"Felt limited to me"
I was expecting a bit more variety when I started browsing the site, but it all felt kind of limited. A lot of the options looked similar to me, so there wasn’t much to compare or get excited about. I could see it being fine if you already know you just need something basic, but if you’re hoping to browse around or find different styles, it’s not really the place I’d choose. I ended up leaving without buying anything...

"Started Wearing Out After Just One Wash"
I was disappointed with this. After only washing it one time, I noticed the fabric was already starting to fray in a few spots, which really surprised me. I wasn’t expecting it to look worn out so quickly, especially after such little use. It just doesn’t feel like the material is going to hold up very well over time.

"Checkout made me too nervous to finish"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept freezing and I had to start over twice. When I finally got to the payment page, it wasn’t very clear, which made me a bit uncomfortable entering my card details. I’m cautious with online payments, so at that point I just backed out. Definitely not a smooth experience.

"Honestly, the quality was such a letdown"
I was really hoping this would be decent, but wow, the disappointment was instant. The fabric felt super cheap, the stitching looked like it was done in a rush, and after just one use it was already falling apart. I’m genuinely annoyed because I expected way better.

"I placed my order and then it felt..."
I placed my order and then it felt like I entered a shipping black hole. The tracking barely updated, and for days it just looked completely frozen. I kept wondering if my package had vanished into another dimension. By the time it finally showed up, I was already frustrated. The wait was way longer than I expected, and I’m not sure I’d order again after that.

I ordered last week and just had a simple question, but it took support days to reply. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely frustrating waiting around for an answer. i’d at least expect an apology for the delay.

"Return process was such a hassle"
I had a frustrating experience trying to return my order. The replies were slow, and it felt like I had to keep repeating the same questions just to get a clear answer. The exchange options were not explained well either, which made the whole thing more confusing than it needed to be. I just wanted a simple fix, but it dragged on way too long. I am not ordering from House of Khalsa again.

"Fit felt nothing like my usual size"
I ordered the size I normally wear, and compared to other tops I’ve bought in the same size, this one was way tighter than expected, especially around the shoulders. The length was odd too, like it didn’t match how clothes usually fit in real life. I even checked the size chart before ordering, so that made it more frustrating. I probably wouldn’t buy this again.

"Recent experience didn’t feel true to Khalsa values"
I ordered recently expecting something that felt more respectful and genuinely connected to Sikh tradition, but my latest experience left me disappointed. To me, it felt like the Khalsa name was being used more to sell products than to reflect the values behind it.
Maybe other people have had better experiences or see it differently, but based on what I just experienced, it didn’t feel very authentic. The religious side came across as shallow, i don’t see myself ordering again.

"Pretty Close, But Not Quite There"
The design was mostly what I chose, so points for being in the general neighborhood, I guess. A few little details were off on the final item, which was kind of annoying because I was expecting it to be more accurate. Not a total disaster or anything, just not exactly what I thought I was getting.
